Common Sense Gun Laws
We must focus on sensible gun laws that include removing weapons of war off the streets. We aren’t taking guns away from our Michiganders, we are simply saying AR-15’s and other assault weapons should be legally inaccessible to the general public.
Rebuild the Middle Class
Minimum wage MUST be a livable wage that is adjusted for inflation and strong unions. A strong middle class creates a healthy economy and affords Michiganders the ability to pay for groceries, gas, rent and still have money left over. Living paycheck to paycheck should come to an end as we rebuild the economy together!
Women’s Rights Are Human Rights
Women belong in all places where decisions are being made.”-RBG. Women deserve rights over their own bodies and that is non negotiable. Women’s rights are the fundamental human rights that were enshrined by the UN nearly 70 years ago. Equality for all.
Environmental Protection
We must act NOW to fight Climate Change! How can we protect our environment in our everyday lives? Reduce, Reuse, Recycle! Consume less, use reusable grocery bags, reusable water bottles, talk to your friends and loved ones about ways they can help. The world we know will be unrecognizable in the year 2040 according to a recent U.N. climate study.
